*Before submitting an ILL request, please check the Fogelson Library Catalog or the Periodicals Holdings List to see if the library already owns the title. If needed, ask a library staff member for assistance. Please see below for complete policy.

By submitting this form, you agree to the following terms and conditions of our ILL policy: *ILL is for supplementary research purposes only. Books required for current course offerings MAY NOT BE REQUESTED.

*There is a late fee of $1 per day per item for all ILL loans.

*It is the borrow’s responsibility to pick up all ILL items from the circulation desk. Please only request items you intend to use. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP INCUR A FINE OF $5 PER ITEM.

*ONLY 1 RENEWAL per item may be requested. Renewals are solely at the discretion of the lending library.

*All renewals must be requested AT LEAST ONE DAY BEFORE THE DUE DATE. NO EXCEPTIONS. Renewals requested on or after the due date WILL NOT BE HONORED.
