RESERVATIONS

To reserve a room, please call the Circulation Desk at 505-473-6569 or email us.

Santa Fe University of Art and Design faculty, staff, and students may reserve floor space and the following rooms; the Miniver Room, the Southwest Room, the Lab Classroom, and the Digital Center (Computer Lab) for meetings and events. These spaces are available during regular Library hours only. If available, spaces and rooms may be used upon request. Scheduling of all rooms and other library space is at the discretion of library personnel on a case-by-case basis. 

Reservation inquiries can be made in person, by telephoning the Circulation Desk at 473-6569, or by emailing reference@santafeuniversity.edu. Reservations can be made year round. It is advisable to make reservations as early as possible as library spaces are in high demand.

Any questions about or exceptions to this policy should be addressed to the Library Director.

The Miniver Room has a projector, Blu-Ray player, a five pin hook-up for a laptop, and a large screen. The room has twenty-eight theater seats.

Study Rooms are keyed rooms on the lower level for individual use.  These are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Four study rooms are equipped with HP Personal Computers and Audio-Technica AT-LP120-USB Direct-Drive Professional Turntables. The fifth study room has a TV, DVD player and a LP player.  Keys and headphones may be checked out from the circulation desk with a valid SFUAD ID.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  The person reserving library space will be held accountable for any damage to the area and/or equipment.
